5 Practices To Help You Become The Person You Were Meant To Be

The journey to become who we were born to be never ending. It is unlimited, eternal. We did not get – we grow. And to grow requires presence and practice.

So let’s talk about practice.

No No matter how hard we work, the aim and purpose of the practice is to do with it, but so completely immerse ourselves in life by any means, for the moment, we are living life itself. Excellency, if we succeed, is a welcome byproduct of complete immersion. But the reward for the practice is a detail to be.

Given the tugs to be cruel or kind, to be smart or honest, or give away hoard, we can explore several practices that, if customized, can help us turn our load back in wonder.

The practice of uncertainty is patience.

That is, the only way to get through the uncertainty, the only way to listen to what he has to say is to be patient. The discourse of the uncertainty is slow. When we move too quickly, the lessons are unintelligible.

The practice opportunity is trust, which means following our heart.

Opportunity always presents itself as an opening that seems a little smaller than we think we can pass through. Following our heart means trusting that we will pass through the opening that we are given.

The practice of courage is doing the little things with love.

This was the anthem of Mother Teresa. We started to dismantle what is overwhelming to begin the journey of the participation of a part at a time, while a goodness, a statement of truth at a time. From the outside, things that require courage seems impossible, but once we started, we’re not on the outside are. This allows us to see more.

The practice of the connection is holding and listening.

We are born with these abilities that never let us down, but we can forget how to inhabit. When we feel disconnected, any act of exploitation or hears us back to the larger world.

And the practice of expression is how the heart breathes.

Only allow what we feel, think and experience to move through us can be inspired enough to feel that matters, and joined with him. This is essential, because the life of expression is the tuning fork on which we found our way to the sacred.

Whether you are asleep or awake depends on the practices give us life. Whether you’re cruel and type depends on how we say it to life and all its obstacles and possibilities.

Endless practice of humans is to learn how to strengthen our heart by exercising it in the world, and how to improve what we are through caring, construction, maintenance and repair. No one can do it for us, but nobody can do it alone. The cells need blood tissue tract and blood requirements, we need each other to be fully alive.
