Take your health into your own hands.
You can tell when the chest is swollen, painful, or compressed into a probably too tight bra, but you know what your breasts feel like it normal? According to a new campaign from UK charity CoppaFeel (ha, get it?), Which is actually very important information.
Charity is breast cancer awareness specifically targeting young adults and encourage women to get to know what their “normal” feels like so they know when something is happening.
With its #WhatNormalFeelsLike hashtag are telling women to know their breasts using any language feels good and familiar to them. Besides lumps or puckering gynecologist recalled that look, suggesting the use of their own descriptive words, either “paste”, “strong” or “spongey”.
So it’s not exactly scientific, but it drives home the message that you own checks are an important way to stay on top of health of the breasts and notice when something feels a little off.
